Some Simple Ideas For Your Page

“The primary issue which people have with digital marketing is that it sounds too fancy (yes, it’s quite a contribution to today’s businesses) and because not many like to dedicate so much of time with social media even if it’s for the sake of business.

I hope this contributes to you sufficiently for a start.”

The primary issue which people have with digital marketing is that it sounds too fancy (yes, it’s quite a contribution to today’s businesses) and because not many like to dedicate so much of time with social media even if it’s for the sake of business.

Here are some ideas I’d like to share with you:

~

1) There are simple tips that I learn by experimentation to promote my page. They are easy but require incorporation into general posting.

A) The content is preferred when it’s an image/GIF/video and when it’s light and good humored, even if the subject is serious. If it’s a heavy topic, brevity is preferred.

B) A brief but clear description is preferred for every visual content.

C) Using hastags at the end of each text/description is always useful especially if they’re more specific about describing the subject (as keywords) than generic.

D) As much as possible, post all content relevant to the subject directly on your page. This makes your page have content to subscribe to as against your profile which has lesser business orientation as against a personal purpose.

E) Keep sharing content directly from other pages (unless they’re yours) onto your page to the minimum. This dilutes and diverts your traffic. Share most of it on to your profile, if it’s that important.

F) Unless promoting your content is urgent, share the post from your page on to your profile after waiting for another day. This focusses the page’s audience priority and yet ensures that your page gets noticed (on your profile).

G) Instagram and YouTube are also very useful as platforms for marketing. Twitter is easier for attracting attention to your blog. WordPress is the best blog platform that I know.

LinkedIn is usually for business connections, but I use it like people use Facebook (that’s not always advised for everyone). And I’m yet to experiment with Pinterest.

2) There are social media strategies that I learned from certain subject experts. They’re simple but require a bit more focus.

A) Sharing your page posts on to Facebook groups always attracts attention and possibly even business oriented responses. It’s best not to share the same post on more than 3 groups per day. It creates suspicion.

B) Some groups don’t allow blatant advertising. But sharing educational posts in such groups still draws decent attention.

C) Quora is a great platform where you could promote your business by answering technical questions without blatantly advertising or including links to the posts.

I hope this contributes to you sufficiently for a start. Also, please do go through these three links if the above message was useful to you:
